Our shipments will be made only with DHL courier.

DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN 24/48 HOURS for Italy AND WITHIN 2/5 WORKING DAYS for Europe.

Once the order is completed, the relevant tracking number will be provided with which the buyer can monitor his shipment in real time. For islands and remote locations, delivery times are extended by one day. We remind you that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. Shipping costs are always free for orders starting from €100.00. For orders up to €99.99 the shipping cost is €7.00. The free shipping service refers to shipments on national and international territory.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind. Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use. Products must be returned in the original packaging with the original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received. Returns must be sent inside the ANTONACCIMODE box; In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used for shipping the items. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by ANTONACCIMODE.IT, the customer is invited to immediately contact ecommerce@antonaccimode.it ANTONACCIMODE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises. Returns authorized by ANTONACCIMODE.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered. ANTONACCIMODE.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if delivery involves additional costs for ANTONACCIMODE.IT or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself. ANTONACCIMODE.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions laid down. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. a) PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD: the refund will be made to the same credit card used at the time of purchase; the time required to receive the credit varies depending on the banking institution. b) PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL: the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email. c) PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund will be made by bank transfer to a current account indicated by you; the time required for reception varies depending on the Institute. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the court of the place of execution of the contract is competent. The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the ANTONACCIMODE.IT site is excluded in accordance with the art. 59 Italian Consumer Code relating to: a) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. b) the supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, ANTONACCI MODE provides the consumer customer with a specific indication directly in the product sheet. However, ANTONACCI MODE remains entitled to accept the request for withdrawal also for the goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
